It starts with a glimpse of Christmas atmosphere everywhere, slowly conquering the streets, markets, stores and offices. It quickly moves into our home and in our garden. Finally, we’re staying at home for two weeks, cooking new delicious meals, enjoying our hobbies and being together. It’s Christmas time that we celebrate in an extended form, by following both calendars, the Gregorian and the Julian Calendar. Plus, New Year’s Eve and my birthday on 31st December! That’s plenty of reasons to enjoy this period of the year.
